Nanovest was operating in a crowded and competitive crypto investment market, where user loyalty is difficult to maintain due to a high number of alternatives and low switching costs. The client needed a scalable way to boost engagement, drive retention, and build long term value with its user base.
The Solution: Strategic Loyalty Program Design
As part of the product design team, I led the UX strategy and design for a gamified loyalty program that rewards users with Nano Byte Tokens (NBT) for performing high-value actions:
Account sign-up and identity verification
