The client needed a scalable way to boost engagement, drive retention, and build long term value with its user base.

The Solution: Strategic Loyalty Program Design

As part of the product design team, I led the UX strategy and design for a gamified loyalty program that rewards users with Nano Byte Tokens (NBT) for performing high-value actions:
